- Admission to Class XI starts within seven days of the declaration of SSC results of FBISE Islamabad.

Minimum Qualifying Marks:
- Science Group (Pre–Med, Pre–Engg, Science General/ICS): 60% Marks
- Humanities/Arts Group: 60% Marks

Admission to all disciplines is made as per the following quota:

- Admission to Class XI is strictly on merit.

The candidates, desirous of seeking admission, must submit a declaration stating that:
- They will appear in all achievement tests given by the college.
- If they fail in Send-ups / Pre-Board Tests, their admission form will not be sent to FBISE Islamabad.
- Students failing in three or more papers of 1st year in the FBISE Annual Exam will not be promoted to 2nd year or even allowed to continue in 1st year.

The following students can apply as fresh candidates:
- Those who failed in two or more subjects in HSSC-I Annual Exams but want to repeat XI, after canceling results from FBISE.
- Students admitted last year but didn’t appear in the Final Examination.

- Army serving personnel must submit applications through their respective Units/formations.
- Civilians in Cantonment limits must submit a Residence Certificate certified by the Cantt Executive Officer, Quetta.
- Retired Army personnel must apply through Secretary District Armed Services Board.
- Defense-paid personnel must apply through their respective departments.
